AG88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit starts from ৳500, depending on the payment method. Deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.
Your deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (standard rollover requirement). If a bonus has been claimed, separate wagering requirements apply. No service charge is deducted on withdrawals.

For any incorrect transaction, contact support as soon as possible. Stakes already used in bets are generally non-refundable. AG88 reserves the right to correct any transaction that occurred due to a technical error.
Once a bet is confirmed on AG88, it is considered final. Always verify the odds and stake before confirming. If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and a bet is placed on those odds, the correct odds will apply or the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled leg will be removed and the remaining legs settled as normal. If a match is postponed and does not take place within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours), the bet will be voided.
New members are eligible for AG88's welcome bonus on their first deposit. The offer must be selected before making the deposit. The welcome bonus comes with wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus — that's ৳1,000 in bonus funds. If the wagering requirement is 10x, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus. Wagering ৳10,000 doesn't mean losing that amount — it's the combined total of all bets placed, wins and losses included.
Tips: Before claiming a bonus, make sure you understand its wagering requirements, expiry date, and which games count toward wagering. Note that certain games (such as Baccarat) may not count — or may only partially count — toward bonus wagering.
